Please ensure your phone number is correct and accessible, as our delivery team will need to contact you before delivery.

Address Confirmation

Clear addresses: If your address is clear, we will attempt to call you once. If you don't answer, we will proceed with delivery to the provided address.

Unclear addresses: If your address needs clarification, we will call you once daily for up to 3 consecutive days to confirm the correct delivery location.

What Happens if We Can't Reach You

For unclear addresses: If we cannot reach you after 3 consecutive days of attempts, your order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. For clear addresses: If your address is clear but you don't answer our call, we will proceed with normal delivery to your provided address.
