Return Window
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (including unbroken tape on the outer box). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We Accept Returns For
- Wrong item delivered by us
- Defective or damaged items
- Items lost or damaged during transit
- Expired products
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order details and specify the reason for your return request. We genuinely appreciate all customer feedback as it helps us improve our service every day.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We Encourage On-Site Inspection.
We highly recommend that you unpack and inspect your package immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you find any quality or quantity issues, please refuse to accept the package immediately. This protects both you and us from potential disputes.
For Non On-Site Inspection
If you choose not to inspect the package upon delivery and later discover issues that could have been detected during delivery inspection, please note the following:
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or issue
- The item must remain completely unused and in its original packaging
Any returns or refunds requested that could have been detected during on-site inspection will be subject to strict review and may be declined.

Items NOT Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Fragrance and perfume products
- Opened items
We CANNOT Accept Returns If
- Change of mind
- You bought an item by mistake
- Testing purposes
- You are unreachable after placing an order
- Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved:
- We will arrange for our courier to visit your location
- The courier will inspect and confirm the returned item meets our return conditions
- Cash refund will be provided immediately upon successful item collection.
Important Notes
- The courier will bring the exact refund amount in cash
- Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled pickup time
- Refund will only be processed if the item passes on-site inspection
Shipping Costs
For returns due to the customer's own reasons, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs (deducted from the refund amount). For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
